SPL presented by AND1 to hold pro tryouts in Buffalo, NY at Holy Angels Academy on May 11, 2013

Buffalo, NY, May 9, 2013

The Los Angeles Summer Pro League, presented by AND1, an NBA sanctioned event for over 39 years, will be holding a professional player tryout at Holy Angels Academy, 24 Shoshone St., Buffalo, NY on May 11, 2013. The tryout will allow players the opportunity to launch

their professional careers. Tawan Slaughter, Owner/Head Coach of the Buffalo 716ers, will organize the tryouts under the direction of the SPL, and bring a professional, free agent team to Los Angeles or Orlando in July 2013 to compete in the SPL.

Registration will begin on May, 11, 2013 at 8:00am, and the combine will run from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The SPL invites all talented basketball players to participate in the tryouts. The registration fee is $200.00 per player on the day of the event.

The SPL is poised to remain a dominant summer event for professional basketball players and teams comprised of foreign and domestic players the US, International Basketball Leagues and Agent Professional Leagues.

The Buffalo 716ers will be playing in the NBA sanctioned Los Angeles Summer Pro League from July 2029, 2013, with the players chosen from the combine.
