When in Vegas and the wheel or dice are spinning your way you stick with the hot hand when laying down bets. This week I’m sticking with the Buffalo Bills as they come off a big win on the road and more importantly, a new owner who keep them local.

The Miami Dolphins had an impressive win at home against New England and demonstrated a good running game. The Bills on the other hand gave up plenty of yards against the Bears, but timely turnovers kept Chicago off the board. Sunday the Bills will need to play better over-all defensively if they are going to beat the Dolphins, but they seem to play much better as a unit at home.

Quarterback EJ Manuel has yet to play against Miami. Last season Manuel was inured for both games and Thad Lewis was at the helm for the wins. Manuel will have a friendly crowd behind him and look for the Bills to again rely on their running game to give EJ short yardage situations on 3rd down.

There are plenty of statistical reasons why the Dolphins will be a tough out Sunday, but with everything going Buffalo’s way this week I’m picking the Buffalo Bills over the Miami Dolphins 31-27.
