Section VI of the New York Public High School Athletic Association is pleased to announce the induction of its Charter Class of the Section VI Hall of Fame.
The inaugural class of the Hall of Fame will include;
Robert Barrows* Baseball Coach, Orchard Park
Dr. Ronald Black Administrator, Akron Schools
Jaqueline A. Brummer, Esq. Gymnast, Sweet Home
Drake Francescone* Coach, Buffalo City Schools
Daryl P. Johnston Football Standout, Lewiston Porter
Sally Kus Volleyball Coach, Sweet Home
Edward J. Leibinger Swim Coach and Official, Tonawanda
Gene J. Masters * Football and Baseball Coach, Grand Island
Dr. Stacey Schroeder Watts Track and Field Standout, Grand Island
(*posthumously)
The induction ceremony will take place at the Van Miller Club at Ralph C. Wilson Stadium on Friday November 7, 2014, immediately following a dinner scheduled at 6:00 pm.
Section VI is proud to recognize those who have contributed to, and achieved outstanding success in athletics in our area.
