BUFFALO, N.Y. (September 22, 2014) —  The Buffalo Sabres will be rolling out the Blue and Gold carpet before the team’s preseason game this Friday, Sept. 26, against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Fans will be able to see their favorite Sabres arrive at First Niagara Center and walk down the special Blue and Gold carpet before they hit the ice for the 7 p.m. game.

Pre-game festivities will take place in Alumni Plaza, which sits directly outside First Niagara Center, beginning at 5 p.m. Fans will be able to gather in the plaza and enjoy music and non-alcoholic beverages as they watch their favorite players walk the carpet prior to the game.

The players will be arriving in cars donated by Northtown Automotive Group and will be dropped off in the plaza throughout the event. Sabres broadcasters Brian Duff and Danny Gare will host the event, providing interviews with the players as they arrive at the arena.

Tickets for Friday’s game are still available and can be purchased online at Tickets.com, in person at the First Niagara Center Box Office, and by phone by calling 1-888-223-6000.

Parking for the event will be available in the surface lots surrounding the arena.
