Q: Have you ever had this quick of a turnaround between games?

A: No, I don’t think so. I think the last time I had a quick turnaround was a Saturday game to a Friday game, so this is definitely the quickest turnaround.

Q: What have your teammates told you about what it’s going to take to make it work?

A: Just recover, get in the treatment room and get your body back.

Q: How do you handle the new attention that you’re getting after your performance yesterday?

A: I don’t know. I don’t think much of it. It’s great, but I know I just have to get a lot better and have a lot more work to do.

Q: What was it like coming away with that last interception?

A: It was great. It was great to get the interception to clinch the game, but it felt even better when they reviewed it and confirmed it.

Q: What can you say about the recent play of Marcell Dareus?

A: He’s played good. He played well yesterday. It’s the same thing that we’ve talked about, just known that he’s always had it, just waiting for it to turn on and I think we’re getting there. Still have to go out and make it happen every week. He’s getting there.

Q: Do you think he feels the pressure of needing to perform given that the other players drafted around him have found success?

A: Knowing him, yeah he probably does. I think different guys are wired in different ways. I think he does and I think he pays attention to that, what’s going on with the guys around him, the guys that were drafted around him. I think that kind of fuels him a little bit.

Q: What’s a win like that do for the belief level on this team?

A: I think being able to close the game out there at the end, playing well on defense, all the way through the game. Started off really well, kind of looking at it and saying if they get the ball back it’s going to be on us. We can go out and win this ball game. I think it’s big for the confidence of the team. At the end of the day with a short week coming around that kind of died down last night and today we’re on to working on Cleveland and try to beat another AFC team that’s hot, that’s won two games in a row, at their place on Thursday night.

Q: How did you feel yesterday? How do you feel today?

A: Just going through this little phase of when I want to burst and how I feel when I burst and try to get to my top speed. That’s what I’m going through right now, just taking the process and going through it day by day.

Q: What has been the message from the trainers?

A: Still on schedule, it was grade one strain, so it’s just going all to plan. Keep continuing working.

Q: What do you think about your hamstring as for how it feels today?

A: It’s getting better day by day. That’s pretty much all I can say. As far as how I’m feeling right now? It’s pretty much day by day until I go out there and really push it and go for it.

Q: Is it up in the air right now for if you can play Thursday?
A: Yeah, I would say so. If I can get to at least 85 to 90 (percent), I’m going to give it a go.

Q: How was the decision made for you to go back in to the game yesterday? Did you hurt it some more?
A: No. I did play on it, but I wouldn’t…I mean I felt it a couple times when I was planting and of course I think I got tackled maybe one time. I mean this is the NFL and those guys are going to know that my ankle is not 100 percent, so they could have the mindset, they might try to go after it. It’s so many things that are going to factor in to how it responds in different situations. Like I said, the only thing I can do right now is just take it day by day and see how it feels come Thursday. Good thing it’s a night game, so we’re going to be able to get a lot of treatment in between now and Thursday. Pretty sure come Thursday I typically get to the stadium late, I’m going to get there early and go on the field and test it out. Do some planting and see how it feels, make a decision by then.

Q: Do you stick by your statement yesterday that it might be tough to do such a quick turn around?

A: The reason I said that is because it’s a short week. You’ve got Monday, Tuesday, travel Wednesday, Thursday. If it was a Sunday game I’d definitely say I’d be out there. I’m going to do everything I can to position myself to be out there. If I can get to at least 80, 85 (percent) I think that would be good enough for me to play.
